Double Room for Rent in Fully-Furnished Flat - Merchant City in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire for sale

Hi, I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom to a student*. I am a 23 year old male recent graduate of Strathclyde Business School. I originally come from the Highlands but have stayed in Glasgow for 5 years. I would say I am pretty down to earth - I enjoy going out from time to time, but equally like nights in. I try to go out cycling and running frequently, cooking, watching movies, etc. The sort of person I would be looking for would be someone that is easy to get along with, is pretty clean and tidy, and is sociable but not a party animal. -------------------------- The flat is located in the Merchant City, on High Street. It is directly opposite Strathclyde uni, and is in a great central and safe area with plenty of local shops/bars/restaurants right on the doorstep. Fully furnished, the flat comes fully equipped with dishwasher, large TV, and has everything else ready for someone to move in. -------------------------- The room is a double room, with a double bed. There is also a large wardrobe and several drawers and containers for storage. As the main bedroom has an en-suite, the main bathroom would be almost exclusive to whoever took the room! The bathroom has full sized bath and shower. -------------------------- The length of the agreement would be a minimum of nine months - this would be enough to cover one academic year. The rent is £550 per calendar month. This is a total cost, and includes gas, electric, internet and TV license.
