Post Grad Teaching Student Looking for a lovely room from October in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire for sale

I am already living in Glasgow, but need to find a new flat in October! I am 25 and studying for my PGDE in primary teaching at Strathclyde so ( first to get to the nitty gritty), I ideally need a room in the city centre or Dennistoun area just to be in walking distance. I also have a budget of up to about 320 inc bills! So, as a flatmate, I am quite chilled, really clean and know how to respect your privacy and I'm looking for the same in a flatmate. It's an intense course so I'll be out or studying a lot, (although I'm not a social recluse, don't worry), so I'd like to be able to come home to a happy, friendly, cozy wee place for the occasional glass of wine!
