PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ME !!! compaq presario laptop computer it has a new install of windows 7 microsoft office 2007 (activated) and flipwords , comodo dragon antivirus, and firefox if other is desired please let me know it will come with a preinstall of remote assistance soft and i will provide tech support for the first 3 days of purchase this is removable by user please note that the sale is final and this is only to make sure you understand everything you are getting please look over the photos carefully the computer keybord has one loose key all the keys are present one usb port dosnt work very well although everything else works perfectly fine there are 3 usb ports, vga out and audio / headphone out it has a 120gb hard drive (has been previously been wiped clean before windows install for security) it has 1 gb of ram and a dvd/cd rom drive collection only doing this due to to many timewasters
