1988 Carvin 5 string bass c/w fitted hard case. in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire for sale

For sale is my 1988 Carvin LB75 passive 5 string bass with the rare (and expensive) option of a Kahler tremolo arm. It's a through neck solid maple construction in an off-white colour, a lovely black ebony fretboard with 24 frets, coil taps for both pick-ups and a stereo output like a Rickenbacker, although it also works with just the one output. It's a fully hand built USA custom instrument, rare in the UK. Condition wise it's pretty good, a couple of chips in the paint and a few cracks starting to show in the lacquer, but it's not bad at all for a 25 year old instrument. From my limited ability it plays well, the action's good, the frets have plenty of life in them and everything works. It also comes with the original fitted hard case. This is a very good hand built quality US instrument for the same money as a Mexican Fender and bags more character. I'm in the West End of Glasgow, if you need more info drop me a line.
