A very nice and tidy double bedroom In a two bedroom flat available for rent for one or two persons preferably one or two girls or a couple .with all the facilities unlimited broadband, fridge freezer , washing machine , microwave , oven etc .The room is available from 1st August 2016. the property is in front of Govan subway underground and Govan bus station so it won't even take you a minute to be in the bus or train station .also all the banks or at front of the house and so is Govan shopping centre where you can get anything you want by one minute distance. there is Iceland and Farmfoods and even post office in the shopping centre. the house is newly built and very clean too. it has a big living room and two spacious bathrooms .we are family with one child of 2 years old so we are using one bedroom and the living room , kitchen and bathroom are shared. we are using 1 want to rent out the second one . Right the rent for a single person is £220 it includes council tax and for two friends is £350. Bills needs to be shared but is never more than £20 per person for a month I will prefer students but its fine if you are not a student as long as you are working.
