Everlast Weight Bench, with large weights for bench pressing, and 3 smaller weight bars for arm curls, etc. Includes a variety of weights to adjust the weight you want to use. One of the smaller weight bars is missing the black bolt part to hold on the weights, but this should be easily replaceable, and cheap. 4x 5kg 4x 2.5kg 2x 1.25kg 2x 1.1kg 4x larger black weights (say 2 on them, unsure of exact weight) 8x smaller black weights (say 1 on them, unsure of exact weight) Also including a yoga mat, push up bars, pull up bar (attach to your door), and a thigh exerciser to tighten the muscles.
