The most practiced martial art in the world and taught to elite armed forces and military units. Sokcho Taekwondo Glasgow are an Olympic style (WTF) taekwondo association. We have been established for 28 years, one of the longest running clubs in the UK and have trained more students to black belt level than any other Scottish Club. We are a non commercial group, run for the benefit of the students. Class fee: £2.50 (Children) £3 (Adults) Members of the UK Governing Body (British Taekwondo Control Board) Chief Instructor: Master Martin Hold. 5th Dan. All instructors are at least 3rd Degree black belt, are trained to the highest levels, are fully insured, have 1st aid certification and are disclosure checked. Physical: Build fitness, strength, flexibility, speed & agility. Wellbeing: Improve discipline, self confidence & strength of mind. Social: Meet new people and have fun whilst building team spirit. We train in Self defence, Traditional martial art Taekwondo & Olympic Competition taekwondo.
