(Includes site fees to March 2013) I have for sale a stunning 6-berth Pemberton Elite Caravan.  The caravan is 32 x 13. It has had one previous owner to me.  It is tastefully decorated and has been well looked after.  The outside bodywork is pristine, and inside there is little in the way of signs of wear/tear.  The caravan has had a boiler replacement approx 18 months ago, and a new shower valve fitted just recently. The caravan has a large master bedroom and a smaller bedroom, both with double beds and clothing space.  There is a pullout double bed in the lounge area. There is a large bathroom with shower, a galley-style kitchen fully equipped including a fridge, cooker and microwave.  There is a dining area and a large lounge space. The caravan has full central heating and an ornate electric fireplace. The attached photos really don't do the caravan justice, it has to be seen. The caravan is currently sited in a park called Marshall Meadows (which has a working farm and a coastal path), a short journey along the A1 from Berwick (5-10mins drive).  The park is very quiet and would especially suit retirees or people who like the quieter life, although there is provision for children in the form of a swingpark and football pitch area.  The caravan itself is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a bay at the edge of the coastline.  The caravan benefits from having ample parking space and a large garden area. The views from the caravan are stunning and have to be seen to be believed, the caravan sits at the edge of a cliff affording it stunning views across the bay and down towards Berwick.  As mentioned there is a coastal pathway popular with ramblers and dog-walkers. The site itself is very clean with fully-formed roadways and is seperated from the working farm.  There is a train line close to the site with very little in the way of noise.  The site's owners are very friendly and helpful, and the site fees are very reasonable too.  The site is open 11 months of the year.
